Philosophy of Production, Wine, Labels... everything is Unique in Palčić Winery
Our wines are like a dream come true. It has always been the dream of our founder, Leonardo Palčić,
to produce different wines, grow with founder, with the people and contemporary gastronomy needs.
The vineyards spread over 14 hectares. Under the Istrian sun we have malvasia and teran, native varieties of this region, which are taken with a different and unique philosophy of wine making specific only to the Palčić Winery.
For example,
the first Croatian frizzante was created in the Palčić cellar,
a light sparkling wine, a blend of teran vinified as white wine and malvasia. As the Palčić Winery loves to define it,
it is something in between classic sparkling wine and light summer wine
The location near the Adriatic sea makes for an extraordinary backdrop for a fun afternoon with friends.
Our cellar is open to the public, and our friendly and knowledgeable staff will be happy to help you pick a bottle or two
of your favorite wine to take home with you.

In order to ensure the highest industry standards, our grapes are lovingly tended from the start of the growing season, and treated carefully so as to prevent bruising.
